What did the Irish man say to the Aussie? I Do!
Despite hailing from opposite sides of the world, Megan & Dave were destined to meet. In 2013, they both landed themselves jobs at a Canadian Golf Club. Dave was intrigued by the new Aussie beauty and after meeting each other, the pair were immediately smitten.
On the 15th of April, 2023, Megan and Dave got hitched, even more loved up than they were back in 2013. Just like their unique love story, the couple didn't follow the traditional wedding norms. The day before the wedding, the couple had a civil ceremony to officiate their marriage, allowing their friend who introduced them 10 years ago, in Canada, to be their celebrant on the day.
Following the ceremony, Megan and Dave organised a beautiful picnic where family members gave their speeches. To keep the party going, the bride and groom led a procession up to the 'Cat and Fiddle' where they partied the night away with 110 of their nearest and dearest, topped off with a DJ/ Saxophone player .
When asked what their favourite part of their day was, the couple blissfully responded "having everyone we love in one place".
